Una crítica de El laberinto del fauno Título: Pan’s Labbryinth  Año: 2006 Género: Drama/Fantasy  Director: Guillermo del Toro Actores y actrices: Ivana Baquero , Sergi López , Maribel Verdu https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EqYiSlkvRuw Esta película trata sobre la vida de una niña y sus verdaderos padres que son rey y reina. En la película, la niña es una princesa que olvidó de dónde venía. Ella ha perdido sus recuerdos. En la película, su madre se casa con un malvado general que se convierte en el padrastro de ella. El genral intenta herir a Ophelia así como al ejército rebelde que intenta arruinar sus planes. Para salvar a su madre y encontrar su camino de regreso, Ophelia viaja a Pan Labyrinth.  Realmente me gusta esta película. Me interesan los trajes y la trama. Del Toro es uno de mis directores favoritos, todas sus películas comparten el mismo elemento. Le doy cinco estrellas y se lo recomiendo a todos. El guion es muy bueno , y la trama es b...

My experiences editing 3b has been great , it taught me so much and I learned that , I can accomplish any film task with enough time and focus. I realized that working in teams is a job all together , and knowing how to work with members is a vital skill . All of these projects help to contribute to building character and foresight for future projects. Ultimately this project was a success and a lesson.

Post a blog about how this class has affected your ideas about being a filmmaker – what did you learn about yourself as a filmmaker?  What did you learn about filmmaking in general? In this class I learned that I am a filmmaker that has big ideas and would love to accomplish more.I love seeing the final product of my work , but the fact that the applications are infinite can be at times frustrating . I learned that I can accomplish any film task with the right amount of time and focus. I learned that filmaking has only guidelines but no rules.

Next Semester

My plan for next semester is to do even more film projects for myself and clients. I plan on expanding my portfolio and also learning how to get better at aftereffects . I want to learn more about film and consistently put out good media and create a name for my self while getting ready for grad school .  With the tools I have gained from UNCW along with directors mentoring me every step of the way.

My experience editing has been a journey, I learned so much and continue to find joy in the editing process. With every video I want to learn how to make it more clean with more special effects , animation , color correction and anything else that would contribute to the overall visual effectiveness of my video . I also like editing so the hours on my computer fine tuning and watching YouTube tutorials .  Ultimately , my editing experience has been going great and is starting a healthy habit of growth and a hunger to learn

The film Tragedy Girls was a pretty creative movie , it had cult classic vibes exuding from it and was horrifying yet ridiculous all at once.  /The film was gory , funny and extremely clever. What I liked most about it was how ridiculous real it was , its not too far fetch of an idea that teens would kill in order to promote their social media brand. In the very odd film Anti-porno, was interesting having a film within a film along with sexually humiliating concepts, it stood out to me when viewing it .

previsual material

The previsualalization materials were extremely helpful, they helped me and my group greatly. Because of these material we were able to accurately convey our message and vision to our group and class.  This also helped us to identify any flaws and problems in our project . The storyboard for our project showed our plot line and identified the weakness in continuity and what we needed to do as a group to do better , in order to have more effective Narrative film . The most difficult part , was getting the vison on paper , we had to convey  exactly what we wanted to do in a precise manner . Doing this was a challenge because we had many potential ideas for this but had to make something so broad so specific .  Ultimately , it proved to be very beneficial for us as a group to start and finish the previsual material.
